 PETROLEUM AND PETRO-CHEMICAL SURVEY

We survey Crude oil, Petroleum products, Petro-chemicals, in liquid and in gas form, at Terminals throughout Indonesia. Surveys are carried out upon joint requests of Shippers, Pertamina and its buyers, or upon requests of individual buyers.

Surveys for quantity and quality of chemical cargoes either liquid or liquefied gas occupy most of the PT. Sarana Inspect Indonesia daily activities.

There are different kinds of Crude Oil, Petroleum products, Petro- chemical cargoes imported and exported at Chemical terminals located at Jakarta, Surabaya,Merak, balikpapan, Cilacap, and Medan.

Sampling.

Quality Inspection of Goods (Inspection and Verification of Quality after sample through a laboratory test and analysis).

Measuring and Weighing.

Supervision of Loading, Discharging and Trans-shipment. Inspection of Various Liquids and Measuring.

Condition of Goods (Cause and Extent of Damage to Cargo). Delivery Survey (Survey at Time of Delivery takes place). Supervision of Stock and Condition of Storage/Warehouse.

GENERAL AND BULK CARGO

We carry out draft survey, sampling, measuring and weighing, condition cargo survey of all kinds of general and bulk cargo, such as liquid cargo, chemicals or gas. We do cleaning survey of tanks, cargo holds, containers and reefer containers.

FREIGHT CONTAINER INSPECTION

(a) Survey of the freight container itself.

On Hire/Off Hire Inspection of Freight Containers. Cargo worthiness Inspection of Freight Containers. Lashing on Deck Inspection of Freight Containers. Damage & Repair Completion of Freight Containers.

 

(b) Survey of Containerized Cargo.

   Loading Inspection (Tallying goods to be stuffed into the container).

   Unloading Inspection (Inspection of goods after un- stuffing from container)

Inspection of Dangerous Containerized cargo. Damage survey of containerized Cargo.

 TANK CALIBRATION

Accurate shore and ship borne tanks measurement for calculation of tanks capacity and provide independent calibration tables.

 NON DESTRUCTIVE TEST (NDT)

The   Non   Destructive   Test   component   was carried out by qualified technicians.

NDT  inspected  by  using Magnetizing  Method ”Electric Yoke” .
